You should not attempt to loose this much weight without a doctor's supervision. Discuss this with your family doctor and he/she will work with you or send you to a doctor who specializes in weight loss.
But what you can do on your own is get out and walk every morning. That's a very good start.

My range of pilates dvds have really helped me practice more pilates than having to go to the studio every time, especially when I am under a but of pressure time wise.
